Restore A Sense of I Can (RSC)

Restore A Sense of I Can (RSC)’s project aims to upgrade an existing model developed by the RSC Tech Club, which will scale annual engagement from 25,000 to over 100,000 annually, and provide a sustainable pathway for participants to achieve tangible success and become agents of change in their communities. To achieve their objectives, they will create a robust management and communication system to facilitate engagement among participants, volunteers, trainers, and stakeholders. They will develop a mentorship program with successful women in STEM to provide guidance and inspiration to participants and increase the number of opportunities for participants to engage in paid projects as interns. They will also expand the spectrum of training and support provided to participants. Finally, the project will develop a peer-to-peer support program for mathematics in secondary schools.
