Bootcamp Poderosas is a project focused on climate action and gender equity that seeks to close the gap of access, use and knowledge in science and technology of up to 25 young women leaders (taking into account all diversities) to strengthen their leadership in the context of a climate crisis and loss of biodiversity in the department of Atlantico. With this project, they will strengthen the participants skills and leadership through modules and training sessions, networking and leadership, with practical territorial activities and the development of initiatives co-created by women to amplify their voice, contributions and increase their participation in STEM for environmental conservation and climate action by enhancing their impact on the management of technological means at the regional level.
