The Pada platform

The Pada Platform’s project “Tech to Participate” is a training, mentorship and networking platform that aims to bridge the gender technology gap and seeks to enable meaningful and effective participation of young women in technology. The first phase of the project will include digital literacy training for beneficiaries of high school going age or recent school leavers. Utilising the “Her Digital Space” training manual created by Pada Platform, the training aims to contribute towards inclusive access to technology for young women. Training includes computer literacy, digital citizenship, introduction to programming, Digital content creation, information literacy and online safety.
