RuralSTEM “EmpowerHer” project aims to empower young women and girls in rural communities in Kiambu, Kenya by addressing the gender gap in STEM fields. We plan to achieve this through tailored workshops, mentorship programs, and interactive learning resources. Our goal is to increase participation, empower the participants, and equip them with the necessary skills in STEM. Ultimately, our project seeks to inspire and enable women and girls to pursue STEM education and careers, contributing to their personal development and community advancement.
