Students Coalition on SheDecides Manifesto

Students Coalition on SheDecides Manifesto’s project focuses on increasing female students enrolment in STEM and providing policy alternatives to address gender biases in the classroom. It aims to equip teachers with the knowledge and skills to support the learning needs of both girls and boys and integrate more female teachers into science teaching.
This approach is intended to promote the persistence of female students in STEM and enhance their self-concept and self-esteem.
