Rwanda Women Doctors For Reproductive Justice (RWDFRJ)

The “SheMeHer” (She Mentor Her) project aims to increase the number of women in Rwanda's medical field by empowering girls and young women aged 16 to 21 to pursue careers in medicine. The project includes mentorship programs, real-life simulations, a Medical School Entrance Guide, and science fairs at high schools. It targets 2000 girls across 30 districts and aims to achieve a 50% increase in female enrollment in Rwandan medical schools within the next academic year.
