"Instituto Minas Programam, established in 2015, is a feminist organization in São Paulo. It offers educational opportunities in technology, coding, and the intersection of technology and society from an anti-racist perspective to girls and women of color. With support from the FREE STEM Fund, the organization is expanding its programming to reach more young women and girls of color in São Paulo. They are also launching a new training program for girls and young women aged 15 to 25, focusing on the connections between technology and society from anti-racist and feminist viewpoints. Participants will acquire technical skills and collectively investigate how power and oppression, including gender-based and racialized oppression, are embedded in technologies."
