“Building Futures: Empowering marginalized communities through skills building in STEM” is a project that aims to develop and enhance in-demand STEM skills for up to 50 young women from socially marginalized and indigenous populations. The project focuses on strengthening participants' technology skills through training and on-the-job experience, providing opportunities to work on practical projects, develop leadership abilities, and includes sessions on gender equality and career counseling. This initiative is designed to improve the future employability and economic prospects of the participants.
