Women In Recycling Foundation

The Green Tech Innovators for Circular Economy project equips 100 young women in Dar es Salaam with essential skills in environmental science, digital literacy, and eco-design. By providing mentorship and technology access, the initiative overcomes socio-economic barriers to prepare participants for green careers and entrepreneurship. Ultimately, the program turns local waste challenges into economic opportunities, fostering inclusive, women-led climate action.
