The "STEM Reach" initiative, part of the Data Girl Technology project, is dedicated to promoting equal access to STEM education for young women and girls in underserved rural communities in Cameroon. This initiative involves the deployment of mobile STEM labs to provide hands-on learning experiences, tailored curriculums, mentorship programs, and community-driven events. By focusing on the age group of 18-35, particularly in crisis-affected areas, the project aims to empower girls to pursue careers in STEM fields. With a specific target of 200 direct beneficiaries and 1000 participants in awareness campaigns, the project is set to utilize the FREE STEM Fund to eliminate barriers, empower underserved communities, and promote diversity and inclusion in STEM.
