AWSc - Arab Women in Science and Engineering forum

AWSc - Arab Women in Science and Engineering forum aims to provide a management course for female engineers. The course will teach management and soft skills, proving the participant tools to become successful managers, how to lead a team, how to lead and manage a project and/or a product. They want to provide women the needed tools first to succeed in their current positions but also that will help them peruse the career that they wish for, with emphasis in this course on management skills (which can be used to lead a team, lead a project, lead a product).
